We fed the animals and cut and packed beef again in the morning.  The dogs were happy as they got bones that were as big as they were!

In the afternoon we went to the vineyard for their Christmas wine tasting. The tasting room was a beautiful timber frame building with great views over the vineyard and the sea. There were lots of nice nibbles. Saturna has rather a cold climate for growing grapes, but their gewürztraminer was pretty good.

In the evening our hosts took us out for a pub dinner. The Saturna pub (there's only one on the island) was nice and a lot like an English pub.
